Engineering Manager Job Description:

Aerotek Energy Services is currently recruiting an Engineering Manager for an electrical manufacturing company that works with utility customers across the country to engineer, design, manufacture and install equipment to protect power lines, breakers, transformers and generators.


Position:
- Primary responsibilities of the Engineering Manager include overseeing the work of three designers, three engineers, and a mechanical designer.
- The qualified candidate will also be responsible for standard engineering production work.
- The Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team for protection schemes and oversee the direction and scheduling of all work.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- The qualified candidate must have exceptional planning, organizing, training, mentoring and employee development skills.
- Must possess at least 10 years of substation protection experience with IED equipment.

This position is full-time, salaried-exempt and is located in Greenville, SC. Based on experience, salary will range from $90,000-$100,000. This position includes full benefits as well.
