Substation Commissioning Specialist
Aerotek Energy Services is currently seeking a Electrical Test Technician in Anaheim, California. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of:
- Switchgears and switchboards
- Transformers (dry and Liquid filled)
- Cables (low, medium and high voltage)
- Metal-enclosed busways
- Switches (air, oil, vacuum SF6 switches)
- Circuit Breakers (low, medium and high voltages)
- Protective relays
- Grounding systems and ground fault protection systems
- Instrument transformers
- Motors and motor controls
Candidates must have experience working with high voltage equipment between 38 KV and 500 KV.
BSEE or naval experience highly preferred.
Position will be 80-100% travel. Out of State candidates encouraged to apply.
